Prior to establishing The Antidote marketing agency, he was founder and president of ST Marketing Inc. for 7 years, a sales and marketing company designed to strengthen action sports brands in Canada. ST Marketing held contracts with SPY Optics, Vestal Watches, Lifetime Clothing, New Era Caps, Grenade Gloves, Option Snowboards, and many other influential brands in the action sports industry. He has expertise helping brands develop new strategies to drive sales and increase bottom lines. He studied business at Capilano University in North Vancouver, Canada.

ANDREW DALIK, strategic operative

Past roles include Business Development at The Vancouver Board of Trade in Vancouver, Canada; Digital Marketing at Network Ten in Sydney, Australia; Communication Strategy at Naked Communications in Sydney, Australia, and Project Management with Absolut Vodka in Vancouver, Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada and a Master of International Business from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia and has also undertaken special study placements at Copenhagen Business School in Copenhagen, Denmark, and Ritsumeikan University in Kyoto, Japan. He co-organizes an annual fundraiser for Cystic Fibrosis Canada, which has raised over $105,000 in the last three years.

MIKE MACQUISTEN, innovation specialist

Studied International Relations at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. In 2007, he started his own public relations company, On Point Public Relations, where he financed, produced, and promoted over one hundred parties and events. He has over nine years of experience working in the service industry in bars and restaurants around Vancouver, forging a strong network in the process. He went on to become a field marketing manager for Coors Light in British Columbia, responsible for organizing high profile events throughout the Province. Following that, he was a District Manager with Corby Distilleries, representing their wines and spirits in the Vancouver and Whistler markets. He recently played an instrumental role organizing the 100 G for Shaun G event, which raised over $100,000 in one night for cancer initiatives.
